if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | The air team conducted a methane detection fly over. The fly over detected some methane on the 7F pad. Upon receiving this data the LDAR inspector went to investigate. He arrived on location and detected gas around the separators with his FLIR camera. Because this location is in the H2S area the decisions was made to shut in the location and let the H2S team investigate the matter in the morning. No H2S levels were seen on the LDAR inspectors personal gas monitor. The operators investigation the next morning found the sales line down stream of the separator did not pass pressure test. As a result the location was shut in. | | |
