| Spill Description: |
| On May 13, 2019 at approximately 5:30pm a release occurred at the Horsetail 07 East CPB. Approximately 35 bbls of produced water were released within a lined containment. The cause of the release is currently under investigation but is associated to a tee on the produced water fill line. A crew was dispatched on May 13, 2019 to recover the produced water. Upon removal of the produced water the liner will be inspected to ensure integrity. |
