| Spill Description: |
| Spill occured at approximately 3am MST. During flowback activities on wellpad oil tank ran over with crude and spilled into containment on the ground. Some of the product also spilled onto pad site and pooled up next to containment, on location. Once overflow began, flow was diverted to another tank and spill stopped. Estimated bbls spilled was 8-9 based off of reports and transfer volumes. Vac truck recovered ~7bbls out of containment leaving approximately 1-2 bbls on ground. Clean up was started immediately. |
