| Spill Description: |
| During well completion operations, a suction hose failed resulting in the release of 4 bbls of frac fluid. The pumps were immediately shutdown following the discovery of the release. The hose was replaced and the fluid was removed with a vacuum truck. Approximately 3.5 bbls of fluid were recovered and transported to a licensed disposal facility. Bonanza Creek is scheduling soil sampling in the release area. |
