Comment:Historically, produced water was filtered and discharged into the nearby settling ponds per an agreement with The North Poudre Irrigation Company (Document #70628) dated 6/26/1970. This practice was discontinued in the late 80’s or early 90’s; no documentation was found to indicate the exact date. Site visits and aerial imagery indicate that the produced water was not stored in an on site pit prior to discharge to the settling ponds. Pit status has been closed. NG 4/22/2020
