if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | On 04/15/2026, NATIONAL HOG FARM-65N63W 21SWNE (National Hog Farm 31, 33, 42-21) tank battery site investigation activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents were present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 4/29/2026 indicate that soil samples SB10 and SB12, discovered near the former PWV and AST, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for Naphthalene at 0.0273 mg/kg (SB10), and TPH- DRO at 697 mg/kg, TPH-ORO at 310 mg/kg (SB12). Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is located within 300 feet of waters of the state. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 32723, due by 6/15/2026. | | |
