| Spill Description: |
| On April 22, 2026, a release was identified following the removal of approximately 10 cubic yards of potentially impacted soil at the Babcock 32 33 14 23-33HZ Facility. The cause of the release was due to a valve closure error on a vac truck during separator removal. A waste characterization sample of the impacted material was collected and submitted for analysis of full ECMC Table 915-1 constituents. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic location of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
