| Spill Description: |
| A release of approximately 2.5 bbls of oil was identified at the Benson Farms 11N 32C 12N-23HZ O SA production facility due to equipment failure at a Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) unit. This release became reportable following the removal of more than 10 cubic yards of potentially impacted soil. This release has been controlled and is no longer active. Assessment activities are ongoing. The assessment details will be summarized in a forthcoming Form 19 supplemental report. The topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. A photo log is attached. |
