| On 03/02/2026, Lundvall 65N67W 13SENE tank battery decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Final laboratory analytical results received on 3/12/2026 indicate that soil sample SEP01-OIL-DL, discovered at the separator dumpline, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.0077mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator was notified of this release on 3/16/26, and acknowledges that this notification is not being submitted within 24 hours of the receipt of the discovery. This location is within the Bald Eagle Active Nest Site Qtr Mile and Bald Eagle Active Nest Site Half Mile High Priority Habitats; this location is also with 300 feet of waters of the state. Final analytical results from initial soil sampling will be included on a Supplemental Form 19. |
