| On 3/3/2026 and 3/4/2026, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and/or hydrocarbon staining during decommissioning activities at the VANDERFOFF-64N66W 13SWNW tank battery. Samples PWV01-FS, PWV01-SS01, and PWV01-SS02 were collected from the produced water vessel excavation, SEP01-DL was collected from the separator dumpline, and FLARE01 was collected near the former tank battery flare. The volume of potentially impacted material(s) is not currently known. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is situated within 300 feet of waters of the state. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 43897, due by 04/09/2026. |
