| On 02/4/2026, CITY OF GREELEY-65N65W 30SESW tank battery decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Final laboratory analytical results received on 2/18/2026 indicate that soil sample FLARE02, discovered at the flare, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 0.093 mg/kg, 1,3,5- trimethylbenzene at 0.054 mg/kg, naphthalene at 0.020 mg/kg, TPH at 525.00 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.011 mg/kg & 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.120 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. this location is located within the Mule Deer Migration Corridors, Mule Deer Winter Concentration Area, and Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitats and is within 300 feet of waters of the state. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 42573, due 5/5/26.
