if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 39873 | | | | Spill Description: | | In October 2025, the OWP oversaw decommissioning of the tank battery, separator, and and flowlines. One sample (TBW-S2) collected during decommissioning activities was reported having concentrations of ORO of 501 mg/kg and combined with the DRO made the TPH 736 mg/kg.
On February 3, 2026 I contacted Greg Dean and Keith Huck with Adams County for a recent spill/release. Additionally, I spoke with the landowner Clint Rinker and made plans to meet with him on location on February 6, 2026. On February 6, 2026 I met Clint Rinker and walked the property with him. I explained the spill/release to him, as well as the remediation project I've already planned which includes excavating the impacted material, collecting confirmation samples, and backfilling with clean material. | | |
