| On 2/4/2026, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and/or hydrocarbon staining during site investigation activities at the CITY OF GREELEY-65N65W 30SESW tank battery. Samples SEP01-DL, SEP01-DL-FS, SEP01-DL-SS01, SEP01-DL-SS02, SEP01-DL-SS03, SEP01-DL-SS04 collected at the separator dumpline and are considered one release. Out of an abundance of caution, the operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the discovery of the potential presence of impacted material(s) soil. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. this location is within the Mule Deer Winter Concentration Area High Priority Habitat and is within 300 feet of waters of the state. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 42573, due 5/5/26. |
