if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 40661 | | | | Spill Description: | | On 9/18/2025, Cache 8-13, 24, 34; Cornish 8-53 tank battery decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents were present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 11/25/2025 indicate that soil sample PWV01-W, PWV01-N, discovered at the former produced water vessel, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.0091 mg/kg & 0.0134 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during re sampling activities. This site is within the Mule Deer Sever Winter Range High Priority Habitat, also this location is within 300 feet of waters of the state.
