| On 06/16/2025, NHF 33-21 wellhead decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 07/01/2025, indicate that soil sample, WH01, discovered at the wellhead, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for naphthalene at 0.067 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.314 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.565 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. |
