| On 1/14/2026, Alexander Federal H4-2JI flowline decommissioning activities were completed. No potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents were present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Partial laboratory analytical results received on 1/15/2026, indicate that soil sample FL01-J, discovered along the former flowline directional change, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for Benzo(a)anthracene at 0.201 mg/kg, Naphthalene at 0.064 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.013 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.023 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitat. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 29328. |
