| On 1/14/2026, Alexander Federal H4-2JI flowline decommissioning activities were completed. No potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Partial laboratory analytical results received on 1/15/2026, indicate that soil sample FL01-G, discovered along the former flowline, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for Acenaphthene at 1.36 mg/kg, Benzo(a)anthracene at 2.54 mg/kg, Benzo(a)pyrene at 1.66 mg/kg, Benzo(b)fluoranthene at 1.47 mg/kg, Dibenzo(a,h)anthracene at 0.243 mg/kg, Fluorene at 2.07 mg/kg, Naphthalene at 0.902 mg/kg, Pyrene at 4.79 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.171 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.314 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitat. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 29328. |
