if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 41913 | | | | Spill Description: | | A historical release was reported for the Federal 32-10 decommissioned flowline November 24, 2025, that included 7 discrete bell hole locations that exceeded ECMC Table 915-1 protection of groundwater soil screening levels for Naphthalene. Subsequently it was decided to report each individual sample location as its own historic releases. This form 19 is for soil sample location FL1-B11. Source removal will occur in sections along the entirety of the flowline path. Soil sampling will comply with ECMC Rule 915.e.(2). Brandon Marette with CPW was notified due to the location being in an HPH-Bald Eagles and a HPH Mule Deer Concentration area as well as being within 300' of a surface water feature. Source removal/site investigation will not occur until after the HPH-Bald Eagle season which is from December 1 through July 31. | | |
