| On 11/30/2025, HULL 1-1 wellhead decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Final laboratory analytical results received on 12/19/2025 indicate that soil samples WH01, WH01-N, and FL01-R, discovered at the WH excavation & WH flowline riser, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for Naphthalene, TPH, 1-Methyl–Naphthalene, and 2-Methyl-Naphthalene. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator was notified of this release on 12/22/2025 and acknowledged that the notification was not submitted within 24 hours of the receipt of the results. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range & Mule Deer Winter Concentration Area High Priority Habitat. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 42051, due by 1/12/2026. |
