| Upon arriving at location, the production technician discovered that the gasket on the back-side of the clean-out plate had failed on condensate tank #2 which resulted in the release of approximately 21.7 bbls of condensate into the lined, metal secondary containment structure. The contents of tank #2 were transferred to tank #1 and 100% of all fluids have been recovered from the secondary containment structure. Upon inspecting the perimeter of the containment structure, there is no evidence that any of the fluids have leaked outside of the containment structure. Crews are in the process of replacing the clean-out plate gasket, after which the tank will be placed back into service. The containment structure functioned as designed, and there were no impacts outside of the containment structure. |
