| Spill Description: |
| This is a crude oil release from a failed underground oil trunkline. Based off the measurements the approximate amount released is 25 bbls. 13 bbls of pooled oil has been recovered from the surface. Surface cleanup has been completed. A waste characterization soil sample was collected and submitted for Table 915 analysis. Analytical results will be provided on a supplemental Form 19. |
