During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Final laboratory analytical results received on 11/18/2025 indicate that soil sample PWV01-B & PWV01-E, discovered at the PWV base, exceeded Table 915 standards for 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene at 0.0746 mg/kg (PWV01-E), 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene at 0.0318 mg/kg (PWV01-E), TPH-GRO at 2.76 mg/kg (PWV01-E), Benzo(a)anthracene at 0.0246 mg/kg, 0.0350 mg/kg, 1-Methylnaphthalene at 0.0342 mg/kg, 1.01 mg/kg, 2-Methylnaphthalene at 0.393 mg/kg, 1.38 mg/kg, Naphthalene at 0.0147 mg/kg, 0.173 mg/kg, TPH-DRO at 587 mg/kg, 882 mg/kg, TPH-ORO at 370 mg/kg, 798 mg/kg, respectively. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is within 300 feet of waters of the state.
