| On 10/10/2025, Blehm-65N67W 26SWSW tank battery decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 11/12/2025 indicate that soil sample, PWV01-B, discovered at the produced water vessel base, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene at 0.0140 mg/kg, Naphthalene at 0.0171 mg/kg, 1-Methylnaphthalene at 0.0553 mg/kg, and 2-Methylnaphthalene at 0.108 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is within 300 feet of waters of the state.
