| On 9/18/2025, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining during the decommissioning at the New Cache FH NWSW/NWSE Tank Battery 8-12D, tank battery, sample: AST01, AST02, AST04 located at the aboveground storage tanks and are same vicinity and depth and are considered one release. The volume of potentially impacted material(s) is not currently known. Out of an abundance of caution, the operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the discovery of the potential presence of impacted material(s) soil. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This site is within the Mule Deer Sever Winter Range High Priority Habitat, also this location is within 300 feet of waters of the state. Final analytical results will be included as part of the Sup Form 19 submission.
