| On 8/17/2023, Alexander Federal H4-2JI flowline decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents were present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 10/26/2023, indicate that soil sample FL01-A, discovered along the former flowline, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for Benzo(a)Anthracene. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator was notified of this release on 10/23/2025, and acknowledges that this notification is not being submitted within 24 hours of the receipt of the results. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitat. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 29328, due by 11/2/2025. |
