| On 7/24/2025, Pettinger 33-2 wellhead decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 8/6/2025, indicate the soil sample, FL01R-W discovered at the wellhead flowline riser exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for TPH at 3,540 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the receipt of the results. Surface owner(s) and all local governments will be notified within 24-hours of the receipt of the results. A Form 19 will be submitted within 72 hours of the receipt of the results. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range & Pronghorn Winter Concentration High Priority Habitats. |
