| On 10/14/2025, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining during the decommissioning activities at the Sater 4N63W19E, tank battery, sample: SEP01-DL, SEP02-DL, SEP03-DL, SEP04-DL, SEP03-FLR located at the separator dump lines and flowline riser and are considered one release. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is within 300 feet of waters of the state. Final analytical results from initial soil sampling will be included on a Supplemental Form 19. |
