| On 07/29/2025, Cecill 11-12 wellhead Supplemental Site Investigation activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 08/15/2025, indicate that soil sample, BH01R@7-8, discovered at the wellhead, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1,2,4-Trimethyl-Benzene at 0.0105 mg/kg and naphthalene at 0.0169 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during site investigation activities. This location is within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range and Pronghorn Winter Concentration Hight Priority Habitat and is also within 300 feet of surface waters of the state. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 36170, due by 10/21/2025.
