if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 39369 | | | | Spill Description: | | On 6/3/2025, Edens 11, 12, 18-52 tank battery decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 6/17/2025 indicate that soil samples, AST02, discovered beneath the aboveground storage tank, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 0.025 mg/kg, naphthalene at 0.012 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.0216 mg/kg, and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.0312 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This site is in the following High Priority Habitats: Mule Deer Severe Winter Range, and Pronghorn Winter Concentration. | | |
