| On 6/18/2025, FURROW - USX AB 15-13 wellhead site investigation activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 9/9/2025, indicate the soil sample, BH01, discovered along the flowline exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for TPH at 2590 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during site investigation activities. This location is within in the Pronghorn Winter Concentration Area High Priority Habitat. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 30082, due by 11/5/2025.
