if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | A reportable release occurred on 9/6/2025 at the Garcia 31-5 wellhead when the well was struck by an irrigation pivot that caused fluids to mist off location. Emergency response protocols were initiated immediately and the release was controlled as of 9/7/2025 at 2:48pm. Approximately 10 BBL of standing produced fluids have been recovered from location via hydrovac. Misted fluids were primarily contained to the south of the wellhead in an approximate area of 50’x50’ sq ft. Misted fluids did not impact any roadways or Waters of the State. Initial investigation is currently underway. This location is within the Mule Deer severe winter range High Priority Habitat. A wildlife assessment was conducted on 9/7/2025 by a third party consultant; no wildlife was determined to be affected by the release. | | |
