| ECMC staff identified fluid standing and a hydrocarbon smell on the right of way immediately adjacent to the P13W location. The lease operator went to the location and performed pressure tests on the pipelines on location. The dumpline failed pressure test and was isolated and shut in. Additional investigation will be completed to determine the extent of contamination associated with the incident. |
