| The lease operator was conducting dumpline pressure tests on the B34NW location. The dumpline associated with the GMR 34-3D and GMR 34-5CX wells, which produce on the C34NW location but are separated on the B34NW location, failed pressure test. The wells and dumpline were shut in and isolated to stop the release and proper notifications were completed. |
