| Spill Description: |
| A leak on the low-pressure separator unit located east of the entrance to the pad, which was allowing production water/condensate to leak out of the south end of the heat tube and onto the ground. Production fluids impacted soils in the immediate area around the separator unit in a 5-10 foot radius, as well as flowed downgradient to the south ~20-25 feet. |
