| On 04/17/2025, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining was discovered during decommissioning activities at the , Segal 42-24, samples: WH01 & WH01-W both of which are associated with the same wellhead in the same excavation. The odor and staining were observed adjacent to the wellhead. The volume of potentially impacted material(s) is not currently known. Groundwater was not encountered during site investigation activities. Analytical results of initial soil sampling confirmed the samples are non-detect for BTEXN, TMBs, TPH and PAHs, however, metals exceedance will be addressed in Form 27 Supplemental. A supplemental Form 27 has been submitted for remediation project number 39719 detailing the remedial site plan, document number: 404169954. |
