if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | Around 4 pm on 7/1, an water hauler was pushing oil back into a tank at the Burroughs Production Facility (40.570636, -104.621414) to consolidate tanks for loadout and a line had not been isolated properly, the result was 11 bbls of oil inside containment. The Burroughs Production Facility is located in Weld County (NESE Sec. 14 T7N R65W). The containment also includes a liner. No GW was impacted, and the spill did not leave the facility. Prairie immediately cleaned up the oil with a hydrovac, removed the impacted pea gravel and cleaned the tanks and liner. The liner did not have any evidence of tears or holes. | | |
