| Spill Description: |
| A compromised produced water tank resulted in approximately 28.7 bbl. of produced water to be released inside containment, and approximately 1.3bbls outside containment. A crew has been scheduled for cleanup. Equipment will be repaired and tested prior to returning to service. The impacted material will be removed and hauled for disposal. Analytical results will be submitted on a supplemental form. Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. |
