| On 5/9/2025, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor, and hydrocarbon staining during decommissioning activities at the Prospect Valley 44-33, tank battery, samples: PWV01-E. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Partial laboratory analytical results received on 5/12/2025, indicate the soil sample PWV01-E@2' exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for benzene at 0.031 mg/kg, 1,2,4 trimethyl-benzene at 0.13 mg/kg, 1,3,5 trimethyl-benzene at 0.048 mg/kg, and naphthalene at 0.034 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Final laboratory analytical results will be included in the supplemental Form-19. |
