| Spill Description: |
| A compromised oil compressor PRV resulted in 8.8 gallons of oil to spill. Due to high winds, the mist was carried off-location. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal. Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. Due to the release being strictly crude oil, Crestone requests to amend the soil sampling and analysis plan to include TPH (C6-C36) and Organics only. |
