| On 04/14/2025, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining was discovered during the site investigation activities at the Frico 37-15, wellhead, samples: BH04. The odor and staining were observed during borehole sampling adjacent to the wellhead. The volume of potentially impacted material(s) is not currently known. Out of an abundance of caution, the operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the discovery of the potential presence of impacted material(s) soil. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during site investigation activities. This location is within the following High Priority Habitats: Mule Deer Severe Winter Range, Bald Eagle Roost Site, and Bald Eagle Nest Site Half Mile. Final analytical results will be included as part of the supplemental Form 19 submission. |
