| A release of greater than 5 barrels of produced fluids inside secondary containment was identified at the Norden 15-14HZ Fac BT1 production facility. The release was due to a firetube failure at a separator. This release has been controlled and is no longer active. Assessment activities are ongoing. The assessment details will be summarized in a forthcoming Form 19 supplemental report. A photo log is attached. |
