if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | 33975 | | | | Spill Description: | | On 1/30/2025, Weideman 4-5 flowline decommissioning activity was completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 3/12/2025, indicate the soil sample, FL04R-W, discovered at the wellhead flowline riser exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for TPH at 640 mg/kg. During the combined decommissioning of the Weideman 4-5, and Weideman 6-5 a release was discovered at the wellhead flowline riser at Weideman 6-5. Based on all work for the Wiedeman 6-5 proceeding under the Wiedman 4-5 API and work plan, this release will be reported and remediated under the Wiedeman 4-5 location. Groundwater was not encountered during flowline decommissioning activities. | | |
