| While conducting flowline removal activities at the William Mayer 5-22A flowline, historically impacted soil was discovered beneath a directional change of the former flowline. The volume of the release is unknown. Assessment details will be summarized in a supplemental Form 27 report (Remediation No. 33531, Form 27 Initial Document No. 403634964).
