| On 1/8/2025, Sian E27-6 flowline decommissioning activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 2/28/2025 indicate that soil sample FL01-14, discovered along the flowline, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for naphthalene at 0.24 mg/kg, benzo(a)anthracene at 4.63 mg/kg, benzo(a)pyrene at 2.70 mg/kg, benzo(b)fluoranthene at 5.94 mg/kg, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene at 0.300 mg/kg, fluoranthene at 16.2 mg/kg, fluorene at 2.15 mg/kg, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene at 1.09 mg/kg, pyrene at 14.4 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.163 mg/kg and 2-methylnaphtalene at 0.296 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. |
