During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 11/12/2024, indicate the soil sample, SEP01-FL, discovered at the separator flowline riser exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.00605 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator was notified by the consultant of this release on 1/21/2025 and acknowledges that this notice is not being made within 24-hours of the discovery date. A supplemental form 27 has been submitted for remediation project number 36788 detailing the remedial site plan, document number: 404001524. | | |
