| Spill Description: |
| A pinhole leak in the below ground produced water dump line resulted in a currently unknown volume to daylight to the surface. A hydrovac was dispatched to begin removing impacted soil. Once exposed, the line will be repaired and pressure tested prior to returning to service. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal. A waste characterization sample of the source material was collected and submitted for Table 915 analysis. Analytical results will be provided on a supplemental form. |
