| On 11/18/2024, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining during decommissioning activities at the Lundvall 65N67W13NWNE, tank battery, sample: SEP01-DL. Laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release was discovered at the separator dump line during Lundvall 65N67W13NWNE tank battery decommissioning. One soil sample, SEP01-DL, exceeded ECMC standards for 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 0.26 mg/kg, 1,3,5 trimethylbenzene at 0.15 mg/kg, and naphthalene at 0.017 mg/kg. This location is within the following High Priority Habitats: Bald Eagle Active Nest Site Qtr Mile, Aquatic Native Species Conservation Waters, and Bald Eagle Active Nest Site Half Mile High Priority Habitat. This site is located within 300 feet of surface waters of the state. |
