| On 11/6/2024, the potential presence of impacted materials was identified via hydrocarbon odor and hydrocarbon staining, for PWV02-B. Partial laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release was discovered beneath the produced water vessel during Fritzler 17-23-18 tank battery decommissioning. One soil sample, PWV02-B, exceeded ECMC standards for benzene at 0.45 mg/kg, ethylbenzene at 2.3 mg/kg, 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 13 mg/kg, 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene at 4.7 mg/kg, naphthalene at 1.4 mg/kg, and TPH at 1820 mg/kg. |
