| Spill Description: |
| A third party water hauler tank developed a pinhole leak resulting in 6 bbls of produced water to spill to the ground surface. A vac truck was immediately dispatched to begin cleanup of the spill, which was contained entirely on pad. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal. Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. A waste characterization sample was collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. Analytical results will be provided on a supplemental form. |
