| Laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release occurred at the Phillips PC N24-29D decommissioned wellhead. One sidewall sample and one base sample from the same wellhead excavation exceeded ECMC standards. WH01-E, and WH01 exceeded ECMC standards for 1,2,4 trimethylbenzene at 0.0242 mg/kg, naphthalene at 0.027 mg/kg, 1-methylanphthalene at 0.021 mg/kg, and 0.213 mg/kg, 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.027 mg/kg, and 0.257 mg/kg.
